Terms of Book Sale
These Terms of Sale govern purchases you make from WTM Publishing & Communications Pty Ltd (ACN 103 136 778) (WTM P&C). Orders submitted in response to ‘THE Interview Promotional Booklet Quote Form’, hosted by the World Transformation Movement at https://www.humancondition.com/the-interview-book/, are for goods supplied by WTM P&C and governed by these Terms.
Request for a Quote
‘THE Interview Promotional Booklet Quote Form’, hosted by the World Transformation Movement at https://www.humancondition.com/the-interview-book/, collects your name, delivery address and email address. It is a mandatory requirement that we collect this information so that your order can be delivered, and should we need to contact you about your order.
In order to enable books to be delivered to you, the name of the person being delivered to, the address being delivered to, and the relevant phone number and email address must be provided to the printer by WTM P&C. The printer will then provide that information to a delivery company. WTM P&C will not otherwise share, or sell, reuse, rent, disclose or loan your details.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your submission of the quote request form does not indicate WTM P&C’s acceptance of your order. After review of your quote request, if accepted, WTM P&C will provide you with a quote. If you accept this quote WTM P&C will provide you with an electronic invoice for payment. Upon receipt of payment, WTM P&C will lodge your order with our printers. Please note, once we have placed the order with our printers, your order cannot be cancelled. WTM P&C reserves the right at any time after receipt of your quote request to accept or decline your order for any reason.
WTM P&C does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the goods or services offered by WTM P&C. Dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who wish to sell the goods and services offered by WTM P&C should contact us at email@example.com.
All charges will be in Australian dollars however WTM P&C will endeavour to charge you in your local currency when possible. WTM P&C accepts no responsibility for any additional charges imposed by your bank.
Processing of Payments
Payments to WTM P&C are processed securely using Stripe’s payment platform. For more information on Stripe, please go to www.stripe.com.
Goods and Services Tax
The prices for goods supplied within Australia include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
International Customs Charges
There may be import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, custom fees or document preparation fees added to your package by the destination country. You will be responsible for these upon delivery and they are not included in your order total. WTM P&C does not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as they are based on your own country’s laws and regulations. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Any delivery times we provide are estimates only. The printer will use its own delivery methods, and while we believe most books will be delivered within around 2 weeks of order, delivery times will vary depending on location and other factors out of the WTM P&C’s control. WTM P&C gives no guarantee on delivery times, and will not be held accountable for late deliveries. Nor will WTM P&C be held accountable for loss or damage relating to late deliveries of goods. In the event that multiple items are ordered, the printer may make part deliveries.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, WTM P&C is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once WTM P&C learns an order has not arrived within an acceptable period, it will make enquiries to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
If an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel the order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, WTM P&C will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Acceptance of the Goods
The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within five working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
If you receive a product that you believe is defective or incorrectly shipped you must notify WTM P&C within 7 days of the delivery for a replacement product or a refund of any money you have paid to be considered.
Replacements or refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis. WTM P&C can only refund to the credit card or Apple Pay account used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
